Chichester Marina upgraded and updated their facilities with new timber framed buildings including a new chandlery, rigging shop and boat repair shed. There are a number of individual offices with mezzanine floors for storage. The development also features a licensed café/restaurant.

The majority of the office areas had similar lighting, with either 600mm x 600mm flat panel lights or florescent fittings throughout. There are electric heater units within each office area and power / data points throughout. Where a tenant had plans for a unit, N.Smith Electrical had to co-ordinate design with the client in order to understand their needs for the property.
