Project – Viewswood - Buxted

Contract – Traditional JCT

Viewswood is a bespoke house complete with outbuildings, garages, tennis court and swimming pool. N.Smith Electrical were appointed the electrical contractor to design and install the electrical system as required for the property. This included LED lighting, Rako scene setting lighting system and a media system throughout, complete with security systems.

As the building was unique and tailored for the clients, this project took a lot of co-ordination with the client in order to make sure they had the right house for them. The project was a great success and N.Smith Electrical have won further work with both Border Oak and client recommendations.
