Project – Chichester Unitversity – Learning Resource Center, Holts Building, Media Loans

Contract – Traditional JCT

This project consisted of three individual phases. All phases involved refurbishment of the ground floor Learning Resource Centre, conversion of the Holts Café Building into teaching facility, a media storage point.

This was a project which had a heavy time constraint to be complete before the University came back following the summer break. New lighting was installed throughout with new floor power boxes and reconfigured existing ones. A number of extra data points were installed and wired back to the network rack.

This was the first project carried out with Amiri Construction and was a success and was handed over early, in good time for the University reopening.
