West Chiltington is a small development of 12 unique houses, each with their own complexities. N.Smith Electrical had many challenges with extract ducts through the complex structure design but managed to achieve and successful deliver the project.

This project won an NHBC award, which is a great achievement for Banner Homes (now Carla Homes) and N.Smith Electrical.
